This series of mosaics was an exploration into form and process. I challenged myself to keep to straight lines and to not stray off into curves. Lepidolite was my starting piece and added smalti, stone, hematite beads, slate, recycled paper and broken crockery.

Lepidolite is often used to soothe feelings of stress and depression. The gentle lilac colour of this stone brings calm and tranquil vibes in chaotic situations. It is a stone of peace and tranquility assisting to combat anxiety.

It is the best crystal for soothing the mind and helping you find your centre again.
